• Crew enquiries. The details you choose to share when you apply to work with us.
• Technical data. Basic, non-identifying information about how the site is used, to keep it fast and reliable.

How we use it

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, scope and price work, arrange crew, and keep records of our dealings with you. Our lawful bases are your consent, the steps needed to enter into or perform a contract, and our legitimate interest in running and improving the business.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting and form-handling tools, and only so far as they need it to provide their service. Where required, those providers are bound by appropriate data-protection terms.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and contract records for as long as we have a working relationship with you and for a reasonable period afterwards to meet our legal and accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
